Why does my profile say "Awaiting Approval"?

All profiles must be manually approved by Muzz's team. Your profile will say AWAITING APPROVAL whilst this is being done. During this time, your photos will be blurred and not visible to others. It normally takes up to 24 hours for your profile to be approved.

Why does the app tell me to widen my filters?

The more specific your Search Preferences are, the fewer users you will see. If you see this message, you've likely seen all the users within your filters.

I never received my email verification code?

Please wait 10 minutes for the email to be delivered. Please also confirm it hasn't incorrectly been filtered to your Spam or Junk folder. If after this period you still haven't received it, please try again within the app.
